What happens when the order is placed?Once you have an order we take over and contact the client to start collecting content so we can make the videos. Once we have all the information we will create 30 Reels with captions, a call to action and hashtags ready to post!

How do you get the content?The client will set up an iCloud folder and add the images and videos they want to use, once we have at least 20 we will start to make the Reels.

What is they are not happy with the videos?We ensure all of our videos are made to the highest quality to ensure the brand message helps to get bookings.

What if they want a Refund?We can't please everyone and will manage the refund within a timely manner

How is my profit calculated?All our services have an RRP price that we reserve for Wholesale members only. Your profit is calculated as any money above this price. Example: Social Media: Whole Sale RRP £350 You Sell for £450 Your Profit = Your Sell (£450) - RRP (£350) = Profit: £100
