Manually Adding Contacts
Manually add anyone to your Contact List. These could be people you plan to do business with, subscribers for your email campaigns or customers you meet in person.
To manually add a contact:
Go to your Contact List.
Click New Contact at the top right.
Enter the contact's first and last name, email address, phone and physical address.
(Optional) Click the expand arrow under the Email field to select a subscription status:
5. (Optional) Click Add New Field to add more fields. You can choose one of the existing additional fields or create a custom one:
Additional fields: Select a field in the drop-down menu to add it to your contact.
Custom fields:
Click Custom Field.
Click the Field Type drop-down menu to select the relevant type of information: Text, number, date or URL.
Enter the new field's name.
Click Add.
Click Save.
How to import a list of contacts using an excel spreadsheet?

To upload a CSV file
Click Get Started under CSV File.
Click Next after reading the requirements for Prepare Your File for Import.
Upload Your File.
(Optional) Click the Mark as Subscribers checkbox for your visitors who have agreed to be on your mailing list.
Click Next.
Click Next after reviewing the imported contact list that has been uploaded from your CSV file.
Click Next.
(Optional) Add a label to your contacts by selecting an existing label from the drop-down, or start typing to create a new label.
Click Import. Note: This may take a few moments.
Click Done.
Note: It is not possible to import fields that are not in the list of Wix Contact Titles. Leave these fields unmatched.
To import contacts from Gmail
Click Connect under Gmail Account.
Sign in to your Gmail account and click Allow.
(Optional) Select the Mark as Subscribers checkbox.Tip: If selected, all contacts uploaded in this batch will be marked as subscribers - people who have agreed to be added to your mailing list.
Click Next.
(Optional) Add a label to your contacts by selecting an existing label from the drop-down, or start typing to create a new label.
Tip: Labelling your contacts is optional, but can help you keep your contact list organized and manageable.
Click Import.
Click Done

Adding Clients using the Wix Owner App
From the Wix Owner app, you can add new contacts, view details of existing contacts, and invite new contacts to become members of your site on the mobile apps. You can also communicate with them directly from the app using chat, SMS, Facebook or email.
Show me how
Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
Tap Manage at the bottom.
Tap Customers & Contacts.
Tap Contact List.
Do one of the following:
Add a new contact: Tap + Add New Contact and enter their details.
View a contact: Tap the contact's name.
Edit a contact: Tap the relevant contact's name, tap the Info tab and tap Edit.
Delete a contact: Tap the Show More icon next to a contact's name and tap Delete.
Invite a contact to become a member: Tap the Show More icon next to a contact's name and tap Invite.
Communicate with a contact: Tap the Show More icon next to a contact's name and tap Send Message.
